St. Peter’s mission states “. . .we will be faithful stewards of God’s gifts.” Everything we have is the gift of a generous God and we can show our gratitude by living generously: using our skills to further God’s plan and being His hands; caring for others; setting injustices right; and, yes, giving financially. Stewardship is about how our congregation together can do God’s work. It’s about how our congregation can together live out God’s call to love God and our neighbors. It’s about the giver’s need to give and about how generous we are with all that God has entrusted to our care.

Gifts to St. Peter’s support our congregation’s life and ministry. From worship supplies, to care of our building and property, to support of our ministry partners, and everything in between, we are able to do God’s work in this place thanks to the generosity of our members, friends and visitors. Whatever and however you are able to share is deeply appreciated.

Our gifts to St. Peter’s support our neighbors through the donations to PACS, St. Mary’s Shelter, Good Samaritan Shelter, care packages to our college students, Brian’s House, Coats for the Homeless collection, and the Neighbors in Need fund.

Our gifts to St. Peter’s support the wider community through our yearly tithe to the PA Synod and ELCA for their programs and missions; the Giving Tree program of the ELCA.
